  • Any expense due to forced measures, natural calamities, acts of ALLAH, forced majeure: beyond the control of Karavan Leaders, their staff and suppliers. Any expense of personal nature not mentioned above.
  • Any additional expense incurred due to change in the Government of Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan regulations pertaining to taxes, fuel hikes, airfares and transport and any force majeure situation due to political conditions, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

➢ 06 Working days or less, 100% cancellation charge

➢ 07 to 10 working days – 50% or the equivalent of the first two days charges.

➢ 12 working days or more – no cancellation charges provided any commitment or advances

    • Personal effects for Warm/Windy/Rainy conditions should be carried by clients.
    • Insect repellent, Sunburn lotion etc. are recommended.
    • Light Clothes & Trekking shoes / Boots recommended for nature trail
